A practical guide on external evaluation

On July 5 and 6, Cota delivered a two-day assessment training course for Acodev members. This training was organized around three axes : Preparation of the terms of reference ; Follow-up of the progress of an evaluation ; The use of the results. These two days resulted in the production of a “Practical guide on external evaluation”, which identifies all the points of attention and questions that frame a “good evaluation process”.
