In order to strengthen the quality and impact of the intervention of change agents, Cota offers training around three thematic areas:

  • Organizational learning and knowledge management: capitalization, organization and management of internal learning, multi-actor learning …

Thematic training (gender, citizenship, etc.) can be organized on request. Several approaches and tools can be developed and combined according to the expectations of organizations, in order to build a tailor-made training module.
