In order to enhance the quality and impact of the projects and programs leaded by the actors involved in change, Cota offers them training.
The training offer consists of three thematic axes :
- Planning and management of interventions : results and change-oriented planning, monitoring and evaluation ;
- Management of multi-stakeholder partnerships : change management in partnership, territorial approach, management of participatory processes ;
- Organizational learning and knowledge management : capitalization, organization and management of in-house learning, multi-actor learning …
Several approaches and tools can be developed and combined according to the expectations of the organizations, in order to build a tailor-made training session.
Upstream of the training activities, Cota identifies the context in which the partner organization evolves, its specific challenges and needs, as well as its expectations.
The training program is jointly developed. At the end of each session, a participatory evaluation enables the collective assessment of the results achieved and the identification of the aspects to be deepened or strengthened.
With an MA in Geography and governance, Franck is specialized in strategic planning, project management and organizational change management in the field of development cooperation. After working as a trainer and coach for various public institutions and NGOs, he joined COTA in August 2014 as a Programme coordinator and Training consultant.
With an MA in African contemporary history and another in Communication, Thibault has a long experience in the field of Global Citizenship Education (GCE). His expertise covers project cycle management, training and campaign planning, partnership building and facilitation, and institutional dialogue. He developed and animated innovative training modules in GCE, fundraising and communication.
