• Support management based on in-depth analyzes of tangible elements and by producing useful and applicable recommendations.

General objective: Strengthen skills in project identification, management, monitoring and evaluation
Specific Objective: Understand the fundamental concepts of GCP and master the methodological tools in a RBM approach.
Expected results: Participants are able to understand what RBM implies for their NGO’s projects/programs and to apply it.
