On July 5 and 6, Cota delivered a two-day assessment training course for Acodev members.
This training was organized around three axes :
- Preparation of the terms of reference ;
- Follow-up of the progress of an evaluation ;
- The use of the results.
These two days resulted in the production of a « Practical guide on external evaluation », which identifies all the points of attention and questions that frame a « good evaluation process ». Check it out here (in French) !
